MENU CHOICES

Chicken: Lemon Rosemary Chicken, Roasted Baby Red Potatoes, Chef’s Blend Vegetables:  Floured and pan-seared chicken breast served with a lemon and rosemary cream sauce. 

Fish: Atlantic Salmon, Parmesan Risotto, and Roasted Asparagus served with a Lemon Caper Dill Cream.

Vegetarian: Mediterranean Pasta: Linguine pasta, smothered with tomatoes, red onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach and garlic then topped with feta cheese and a balsamic butter sauce
