Jocelyn Wynveen Medrek - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jocelyn is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire, with a degree in Education. She is a former teacher who has been working in the non-profit world for 20+ years. She has held the positions of Program Manager for the WI Women's Health Foundation in Madison, and Development Associate for Timber-lee Ministries before joining the Great Marriages team in 2015. She started as Director of Operations / Program Logistics Manager for 3 years, before transitioning to the Executive Director role.
Jocelyn has 2 adult boys who bring her great joy! She is passionate about keeping marriages healthy and families together, having experienced divorce herself. When not working, she enjoys reading, working out, and all the fun her family has on Random Lake.
OLIVIA ZEMAN - DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMING
Olivia is a graduate of the University of WI Platteville, with a degree in Psychology. She spent a decade working in the financial industry, while volunteering for many local non profit organizations. Before joining the Great Marriages staff in 2023, she volunteered on the marketing committee. Olivia married her husband Matthew in 2017, and gained a step daughter. They also have 3 daughters together. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, yoga, concerts, and spending quality time with her family.
Winter Kohler - Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator
Winter is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a degree in Sociology, and is certified in Human Resources and Event Planning. In her time before Great Marriages she gained extensive service industry and event planning experience. Before becoming a staff member here she volunteered planning our banquets, and joined the team officially in December of 2015. Winter is currently the secretary of our Board of Directors. She also serves on several boards and committees in the Sheboygan area. In July of 2019, she married the love of her life and best friend, Mike. In her free time she enjoys fishing, reading, watching sappy movies, and decorating.
KATHY EATON - BOOKKEEPER
Kathy is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in General Engineering. She has been with Great Marriages since 2011 and has had the roles of program coordinator and now bookkeeper. She also does bookkeeping for 2 other organizations. In younger days, she was an engineer, but after staying home with her two sons, she specialized in individual income tax returns and small business payroll issues. Kathy firmly believes in the importance of relationship mentoring and education, especially its availability to couples in crisis, and is very grateful for the support provided by Great Marriages as she returned to the workforce. When not dealing with numbers, she enjoys travel, theater, time with family and friends and trying fun recipes to share.
